Rachael is an experienced impact consultant and researcher, with over 15 years’ experience evaluating projects in the social sector for a range of organisations including Comic Relief, Big Lottery Fund, The Ministry of Justice, The Home Office and Unltd.

Rachael is also a published academic, leading on research into Social Value within public sector procurement for The Leverhulme Centre for the Study of Value at The University of Manchester.

Rachael is most interested in evaluating programmes to end domestic abuse and violence against women and girls, and in ensuring the social sector has the right tools to continue making impact that matters.
