Katherine Perrin

Katherine is an experienced charity consultant, specialising in empowering social good projects and enhancing social capital within communities. Bringing nearly 15 years of charity management experience across a spectrum of roles, Katherine is recognised for her high-performance and values-driven approach. Her specialisms include facilitation, coaching, and evaluation, where she excels in building communities of practice, fostering participatory approaches, and effectively translating learning into action.


Katherine brings a wealth of strategic, operational and project management experience in the charity sector. Previous roles include Head of Development at a Council for Voluntary Service delivering a range of community development, advocacy, capacity building and skills work as well as the regional Volunteer Centre. She spent 8 years at St Catherine’s Hospice in Sussex/Surrey with strategic oversight of the 1,000 strong volunteer workforce, then specialised in business improvement including strategy, business planning, process improvement and project management. This work gave her a deep insight into the potential of person-centred care, the critical importance of utilising lived experience, and the transformative power of better communication.
